Cancellation Policies



If an order needs to be cancelled prior to shipping, you may submit a request of cancellation by filling out the Contact Us form that is located on the "Contact Us" page. Please be sure to include your full name, address and order number.

Please be aware that a cancellation fee applies to all orders that require us to special order the part from their respective manufacturers. If your order is not in stock at the time of purchase, we can special order your item from the manufacturer with your approval.

CPU Medics will contact you immediately to notify you if your order is not in stock. At this time, you may cancel your order with no penalty or if you agree to the estimated lead time, we will special order your product. Special orders typically need an average of 10 business days or less to fulfill. Any order that is cancelled within 10 business days after the part has been special ordered, is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This fee is calculated based on the total amount of the order including shipping and handling. Cancelling an order after 10 business days of approving the special order will have no penalty.

By approving us to special order your part, you are agreeing to these terms.
