Warranty, Refunds and Exchanges


Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed with a Hassle-Free Warranty for 30-days upon receipt. If you have to return your order for any reason within the first 30-days, please fill out our RMA Request Form and we’ll get the RMA started for you. Please be advised that some returns may be subject to a restocking fee (see restocking fee section for details).


Returns must be sent back complete with all original accessories, documents, packing, and the product must be in the same condition it was when originally received. We reserve the right to refuse any RMA if the return contents are incomplete, if the product is not returned in the same condition as received or If the RMA request is outside the warranty period.


Requesting an RMA is simple. Please fill out our RMA Request Form with as much detailed information as possible. We will respond to your request by phone or email within 72 hours. If your RMA claim has been approved, we will email you with your RMA number and the return instructions. Once the RMA number has been issued, please have the return sent back within 7 days.


You may return your order for a refund within the first 30-days. If a product is found to be DOA, defective or if we sent a part that is not compatible with what you ordered – we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a refund, you must be within our 30 day return policy. Please allow up to 7 business days for all refunds to be processed.


All parts being returned for replacement are subject to test prior to being issued a replacement. Please allow approximately 24-72 hours for testing. Once we have tested the item and confirmed the defect, a replacement will be issued in approximately 24-48 hours.


Restocking fee is 20%


Restocking fees are applied when parts are ordered incorrectly; the customer no longer needs the part, the customer changes his/her mind and wants to return the part, or if the part returned is found to be in working order.


Packages that are refused by the customer are subject to the UPS $13.00 refusal fee.


CPU Medics reserves the right to deny any claim for RMA if it does not meet the terms outlined on this webpage. Some reasons an RMA claim could be denied a refund/replacement could be (but not limited to) –

- If the part returned to us is incomplete – missing any of the original packing, documents and accessories.
- If the part has been returned damaged (scratches, cracks, dents, over-clocked, etc).
-  If our security barcode has been tampered with.
-  If the part has been altered in any way from its original condition.
-  If the claim is being made passed the 30-Day warranty period.
-  If you are returning an order without an RMA number or an RMA approval.
-  If a product was sold as factory sealed and the part has been opened.
