WARRANTY

Your satisfaction is important to us. CPU Medics provides a 30-Day Limited Warranty on all eligible products, beginning on the date of delivery.

If you need to return an order for any reason within 30 days of receipt, please submit our RMA Request Form to initiate the return process. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee (see Restocking Fee section below).

Warranty coverage applies to the product only and does not include shipping or handling services.

TERMS OF SALE

All returned items must be received complete, including all original accessories, packaging, documentation, and labels, and must be in the same condition as originally received.

CPU Medics reserves the right to refuse or deny any return or RMA request if:

The return is incomplete
The product condition differs from when it was originally received
The request falls outside the warranty period
The terms on this page are not met

RMA PROCEDURE

Requesting an RMA is simple:

Submit an RMA Request Form with detailed information.
Our team will review the request and respond within 72 hours.
If approved, an RMA number and return instructions will be provided.
Once issued, the return must be shipped back within 7 calendar days.

Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused.

REFUNDS

Eligible orders may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

A full refund of the product price will be issued if:

The item is confirmed DOA or defective, or
CPU Medics shipped an incorrect or incompatible item

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping & Handling Fees (Important)

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once shipping services have been rendered.

Shipping services are provided by third-party carriers and are considered fulfilled once the order has shipped. These costs cannot be recovered and will not be refunded, even if a return is approved or a restocking fee is waived.

REPLACEMENTS

All replacement requests are subject to testing and verification prior to approval.

Testing time: 24–72 hours
Once a defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued within 24–48 hours, subject to availability.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 20% restocking fee applies to applicable returns.

WHEN IS A RESTOCKING FEE APPLICABLE?

Restocking fees may apply when:

The incorrect part was ordered
The item is no longer needed
The customer changes their mind
The returned item is tested and found to be fully functional

CPU Medics may, at its discretion, waive the restocking fee; however, shipping charges remain non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

CPU Medics will provide a prepaid return shipping label only if:

An incorrect item was shipped, or
The item is confirmed defective

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To qualify for a prepaid label, CPU Medics must be notified of any issue within 7 days of delivery. CPU Medics does not reimburse return shipping charges.

We recommend USPS First Class for items under 1 lb as the most economical return method.

PACKAGES REFUSED BY CUSTOMER

Packages refused by the customer are subject to a $13.00 UPS refusal fee, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

RMA DENIALS

CPU Medics reserves the right to deny any RMA claim that does not meet these terms. Reasons for denial may include, but are not limited to:

Missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
Physical or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks, liquid damage, etc.)
Evidence of misuse or overclocking
Tampered or removed security barcode
Altered or modified products
RMA requests made after the 30-day warranty period
Returns received without an approved RMA number
Factory-sealed items that have been opened

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

CPU Medics is committed to resolving customer concerns promptly and fairly. If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so we may assist.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once shipping services have been rendered, as these services are provided by third-party carriers and cannot be recovered.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed after an order has shipped, CPU Medics reserves the right to respond with documentation demonstrating delivery, service fulfillment, and acceptance of the terms outlined on this page.

This policy is in accordance with Visa and Mastercard guidelines regarding non-refundable services and dispute resolution.

EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Certain products offer optional extended warranty coverage. If available, this option will be displayed on the product page.

Extended warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

Manufacturer defects
Normal operational wear and tear

What’s Not Covered

Physical or cosmetic damage
Improper use or installation
Overclocking
Lost or stolen items

Service Process

CPU Medics will first attempt to repair the item. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with the same part number or a 100% compatible replacement if the exact part is unavailable.

If repair or replacement is not possible, a prorated refund will be issued.

Additional Terms

Deductible: None
Replacement limit: One (1) replacement per item
Turnaround time: Typically 3–5 business days
Return shipping: Customer ships item to CPU Medics; CPU Medics ships replacement back

Cancellation

Extended warranties may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase only. After day 30, coverage is active and non-cancelable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPU Medics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption.

CPU Medics does not guarantee the preservation of data during repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for backing up all data prior to return.

CPU Medics reserves the right to modify these Warranty and Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice.
