• Match all four device-side requirements before use: 12V DC output, 0.8A current, 9.6W rating, and the EIAJ-04 center-positive connector.
• Confirm the yellow nose is nominally 5.5mm outside diameter, the metal barrel is nominally 5.0mm outside diameter, the inlet is 3.3mm, and the recessed center pin is 1.0mm. Yellow color alone is not a fit test.
• The 4.75mm / 4.8mm by 1.7mm EIAJ-03 connector has no center pin and is not interchangeable with this adapter.
• The standards-based connector designation is 5.5mm by 3.3mm with a 1.0mm pin. Marketplace shorthand such as 5.5mm by 3.0mm is not the exact EIAJ-04 dimensional designation.
