  • Confirm that the original fan is rated for 24V DC. The similarly numbered 3110KL-04W-B50 is a 12V fan and is not electrically interchangeable.
  • Verify the complete fan label whenever possible. The characters following B50 may identify a particular lead, connector or equipment configuration.
  • Standard B50 versions use two power wires and do not provide a tachometer or locked-rotor output.
  • Do not substitute a three-wire B59 version when the equipment requires a standard two-wire B50 fan unless the system wiring and monitoring circuit have been verified.
