The cable also functions as a standard IEC power jumper when connected to compatible equipment that does not support Power Discovery.

• Power Discovery requires a compatible intelligent PDU or extension bar and a PLC-enabled power supply.
• Standard C13-to-C14 cables can deliver power but cannot replace this cable’s data-discovery functionality.
• Do not exceed 10A. Some 1200W and higher supplies may exceed 10A when operated at 100–120V.
• Equipment with IEC C16, C20, C22, DC, hardwired or other power inputs requires a different cable.
