The Pioneer BDR-206DBK is an internal 5.25-inch SATA Blu-ray burner designed for desktop towers, workstations, custom PC builds, and compatible server chassis with a standard full-height optical drive bay. This drive supports Blu-ray, DVD, and CD read/write functionality, making it a strong replacement or upgrade option for systems that need Blu-ray disc burning, DVD burning, CD burning, software installation, media backup, archive creation, or optical disc playback support.
The BDR-206DBK connects using standard SATA data and SATA power connections and installs into a standard 5.25-inch desktop optical drive bay. It is not a slim laptop drive and is not intended for systems that require a slimline optical drive format.
