I am very happy with the keyboard I ordered and received today. Delivery was delayed but I received and installed the keyboard today. It is exactly what I ordered. What really impressed me dealing with your firm was the excellent customer service. I was able to call you and a representative took the time to trace the shipment. No awaiting on line.
