• Confirm that the server is a ProLiant DL20 Gen10 using the single 290W non-hot-plug power-supply configuration.
• The sideband connector uses a 16-position housing with four populated electrical contacts. The remaining empty positions are normal.
• Verify that the existing supply uses one 14-pin main connector and one 16-position sideband connector before installation.
• This supply is not compatible with DL20 Gen10 systems configured for 500W or 800W Flex Slot hot-plug or redundant power supplies.
• This supply is not intended for DL20 Gen10 Plus or other server generations unless the exact replacement part number is specified.
• The C13 AC power cable is sold separately.
• Shut down the server and disconnect all AC power before removing or installing the power supply.
