Shipping Time
All in stock orders usually ship out within 2-5 business days. Due to constant inventory and market fluctuations, an item may not be available at the time of purchase. If the merchandise ordered is on back order we will notify you by phone or email of the projected ship date.
International Import Fees / Tax and Duty Fees
Shipping charges do not include import taxes and duty fees (applies to international orders only). The customer is responsible for any import taxe fees (if any). Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship UPS (Next Day, Second Day, 3 day and Ground -default) and UPS International. In the event our shipping cutoff for UPS has passed, we reserve the right to ship your order using a different carrier (such as Fedex, DHL or USPS) with the same shipping method you originally chose (for example: Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight).
Shipping Days
We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding national Holidays).
Free Ground Shipping Promotions
If the free shipping promotion is selected, we may ship your order via UPS, Fedex or USPS at our discretion.
