EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CPU MEDICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE CPU MEDICS PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE CPU MEDICS PRODUCT.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS. CPU MEDICS DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY CPU MEDICS PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR REPLACE THE CPU MEDICS PRODUCT WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF INFORMATION STORED ON THE CPU MEDICS PRODUCT.

A. The information and data supplied on CPU Medics web pages have been compiled from a variety of sources. Every effort has been made to provide the most complete and accurate information, documentation, specifications, photos and product information. However, inadvertent errors may occur. CPU Medics disclaims any responsibility for typographical errors and the accuracy or inaccuracy of any information that may be contained on CPU Medics web pages. CPU Medics reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice.
B. CPU Medics is constantly revising its product listings and prices. CPU Medics may discontinue products or revise prices at any time without notice.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
CPUMedics.com reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Cancellation notices are sent via email to the email address you provide on your order. CPU Medics assumes no responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations or email notification failures.
A. An “Order Confirmation” or “Order Number” does not represent the acceptance of an order or guarantee that CPU Medics will process your order. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that CPU Medics may or may not be able to fulfill your order. CPU Medics reserves the right to accept, refuse, deny, or modify your order for any reason including but not limited to – errors located on the item page, inaccurate inventory, unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, etc.
B. The customer may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not been processed. Any cancellation request for an order that has been processed or shipped is subject to the 20% restocking fee.
C. If the customer request that CPU Medics blind ships their order, both the customer (purchaser) and the third party (receiver) shall be bound to the terms and conditions on this page.
SHIPPING
A. Applicable to all orders shipped outside the USA – the shipping fees paid to CPU Medics do not include customs and duty fees. These fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
B. If a PO Box is entered as the shipping address, we’ll ship via USPS Postal Service.
PRICES
A. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
B. Sales tax is applicable on all products sold to Florida customers. If you are a FL reseller and have a valid tax exemption certificate, it must be sent to us via e-mail before we can remove the sales tax from your order.
WARRANTY
A. CPU Medics provides a standard 30-day warranty on all products. Extended warranties are available for certain products. If an extended warranty is available, it will be displayed on the item page as an option to purchase.
B. CPU Medics does not guarantee the remaining MFG warranty on products sold.
