⚙️ Fit Notes

• This battery is not compatible with Smart Array P410, P410i, P411, or P212 controllers. Those controllers use the later 650mAh battery family, including 460499-001, 462976-001, and 462969-B21.
• Select the battery cable required by the chassis: 409124-001 or 408658-001 for the 11.5-inch version, and 409125-001 or 408658-002 for the 24-inch version.
• 417836-B21 identifies the 24-inch battery attach cable kit and is not the battery itself.
• After installation, write-back cache functions may remain disabled while the battery charges to its minimum operating level.
• The battery, cache module, battery cable, mounting hardware, and controller can be supplied separately. Verify the included components before installation.
• Match the original battery number, controller model, cable connector, cable length, and mounting location before ordering.
